"Garden Toledo" aims to cultivate young minds in a healthy environment focused on building up children's characters, touching their sense of humanity, and cultivating the whole child.

We believe teachers are an integral part of this daily cultivation. It was our privilege to honor Mrs. Jennifer Steeb for her devotion to teaching and the impact she has on her students. She has been a kindergarten teacher at Whiteford Elementary School in Sylvania for the past 6 years. Mrs. Steeb was recognized for impacting and encouraging the life of a child. Today, she had the opportunity to see the fruits of that labor of love. Her former student came back to tell her in his own words how much she meant to him and how he will never forget her.
